The major purpose of this script is to communicate to the Christian the significant importance of developing and maintaining the right attitude towards the public authority. There is a danger if a Christian develops a wrong attitude towards a civil authority, for instance, among the Early Christians there arose a tendency to withdraw from temporal affairs and concentrate on the Kingdom of Heaven (Tellenbach 1959:25).
