The general aim of this study is to investigate the role of school management in whole
school development.
In order to achieve the development of school safety, the specific aims of this mini
dissertation are to:
highlight the essential aspects of whole school development;
determine the importance of school safety as an aspect of school management in
relation to whole school development;
investigate the perceptions of educators in respect of the role of school safety as an
aspect of management.
