- Description
- Abstract: This article investigates the state of affairs of Project Management as one key discipline that is beneficial to both private and public organizations in the country. A gap analysis was conducted in reviewing the literature of published articles that are relevant to the project management’s practices and standards, to gain insight with regard to what has been covered by academics in the field of Project Management. It was established that various authors consider project management as a tool that is not limited to projects but applicable strategically by different organizations in different fields, despite their uniqueness. Therefore strengthening the ability of project management practitioners through project management programs is a cornerstone in the country’s economic growth and stability.
