Magnificent and Beggar Land: Angola since the Civil War
About the book:
Based on three years of research and extensive first-hand knowledge, de Oliveira’s critically acclaimed book documents the rise of Angola since it emerged in 2002 from one of Africa’s longest and deadliest civil wars into what is today one of the world’s fastest growing economies.
The panel will include:
