Abstract
This paper presents the findings of the investigation of ERP implementation, challenges experiences by a South African Company in ERP implementation, success factors, failures, and propose recommendations to improve ERP implementation. The data
collections methods used are questionnaires. The paper contributes to discussion on ERP implementation in developing economics.
