AI use for SHRM on organisational performance within the banking industry.
Result shows that AI adoption in SHRM significantly influenced Nigeria’s
banking sector with a F-statistic (F (1, 148) = 63.983, p < 0.01). In addition,
the result revealed that AI adoption and HR functions, as well as
organisational performance in the banking sector, have an insignificant
correlation with r (148) = 0.009, r2= 0.917, p>0.05. The research therefore
suggests that in order to fully use AI and optimise organisational success,
banking sector administration should acquire AI capabilities and work with IT
specialists to deploy AI-based HR solutions.
