Canada. He obtained his PhD (Information Systems and Technology) from UKZN. He has more than ten years of research experience and has published in international journals and conference proceedings. Nurudeen serves as a reviewer for several journals and has edited books. His research interests include information risk management, information assurance, and IT service management. Patrick Ndayizigamiye Patrick Ndayizigamiye obtained his PhD (Information Systems and Technology) from UKZN. He is currently a Senior Lecturer and ICT4D Research Cluster leader at the University of Johannesburg in South Africa. He has over ten years of experience teaching information systems courses and has published in international journals and conference proceedings.
