Abstract
For two finitely generated groups with finite commutator subgroup G 1 and G 2 , homomorphisms between genera of groups G(G 1) and G(G 2) have been established in the literature , especially when G 2 is some quotient group obtained from G 1 or when G 2 is some power of G 1. These groups G i i = 1, 2 are called χ 0-groups. For χ 0-groups under a given finite group F , we establish a homomorphism between the restricted genera. In the case, the homomorphism is surjective, it provides a computational method of the restricted genus..
