Abstract
Workplace learning has evolved from being a reward for employees, to a long-term strategic investment that boosts organisational outcomes, strengthens brand loyalty, and gives an organisation a lasting competitive edge. Organisations that invest in their employees' continuous learning, reskilling, and upskilling, experience significant increase in productivity and profitability. Therefore, in response to ever-changing market conditions, workplace learning has emerged as a critical tool for enhancing employee engagement, lowering turnover, and fostering an innovative culture. This highlights that a strong learning culture helps organisations to adapt, innovate, and develop. It shifts the perception of learning from a mere checkbox to a strategic tool that enhances organisational performance and branding, especially in the current knowledge economy, where cultivating curiosity, agility, and lifelong learning is essential for establishing a genuine competitive advantage.
