Abstract
The dialectics of humanitarian action: a necessary action to the less privilege and communities in humans needs refers to the acquired tensions, contradictions, and paradoxical relationships that define the help rendered in conflict and disaster zones. Humanitarian action, grounded in policies of neutrality, impartiality, and independence, often works within highly political environments where it is simultaneously needed and compromised. Humanitarians have good intention of provision of human needs to the less privilege through the aid of the people of good will, but they lack accountability to any organization or sector. The methodology adopted in this study is qualitative. Primary and secondary sources were used to develop the study. The primary sources include oral interviews, unpublished materials, and archival materials, while secondary sources used include books and journal articles.
