Abstract
Exploring Employee Assistance Program (EAP) as the technique in curbing occupational is the key purpose of this study. Special attention was paid to employees who faced occupational stress in order to find out what they thought of the EAP and how they used it. Workplace stress has an impact on employee-employer relations, which makes this significant. In human relations, it's important to understand how companies lessen workplace stress and how EAPs help employers and employees communicate. Using the case study approach as the research strategy, the research issue was studied and clarified. A total of fifty-nine (59) people were selected, among them managers (M), employees who did not take part (NP), and sixteen employees who were treated (AE). The interviews were conducted using a set of pre-planned exploratory open-ended question prompts as the data collection tool. The study used a thematic approach to data analysis because of its ability to analyse data by focussing on finding recurrent themes and trying to paint a cohesive picture of the information gathered. Based on the findings, employee assistance programs are an essential tool for businesses trying to lessen the effects of workplace stress. Issue 2/2025 162
