Abstract
Decades later, HIV remains a pervasive global problem, particularly for adolescent females. This research aims to give adolescent girls a voice about matters that concern them in relation to what should be included in a HIV prevention programme if they were given an opportunity to develop it. Data was purposively collected from eight vulnerable adolescent girls living at a children’s home in Johannesburg South through a focus group discussion, individual interviews, collages, post-collage interviews and a questionnaire that was used qualitatively.
