Abstract
Employee wellness is critical to an organisation’s progress. It influences a company’s
ethos, resources, and growth, as well as its bottom line. As a result, how workers feel
emotionally and physically is more than a human resource issue. It is critical for company
development, prosperity, strength, and longevity. When an employee’s overall wellness
satisfaction in their organisation is below par, it can negatively influence the organisational
performance. The study aimed to determine the influence of employee wellness
satisfaction on organisational performance. In this study, a quantitative methodological
approach was used. The study used the primary data gathered through an online
questionnaire. The sample consisted of (n=112) employees from the engineering
industry. The findings of the study suggested that there is an overall positive influence of
employee wellness on organisational performance. Furthermore, the study has shown
that with open communication and collaboration between the organisation and its
employees, the necessary support can be provided to achieve the goal of good and
consistent organisational performance.
