Abstract
Learners with learning difficulties are attending mainstream schools more often. Teachers need to use forms to screen, identify, asses, and support to include vulnerable children effectively. Teachers, however, experience challenges when they make use of the Support Needs Assessment 1 and 2 (SNA 1 and 2) forms as part of this process.
