Abstract
The purpose of this research was to investigate how Intermediate Phase Mathematics teachers support learners with learning difficulties in Mathematics in primary school. The objectives of this study were to elicit Intermediate Phase Mathematics teachers’ views on how they support their learners that are experiencing difficulties in learning Mathematics in their classroom and to propose possible measures to support Intermediate Phase Mathematics teachers in this endeavour.
