The aims of this research study are to investigate: the extent to which the principal, teachers, parents and students can be involved in shared decision-making in respect of policy making. to what extent the involvement of stakeholders in shared decision-making is important to them. the opinions of stakeholders in respect of their participation in decision-making which effects them.
