In the light of the rationale, this study will focus on the following research question:
To what extent do EMS educators in the senior phase use instructional plans which
comply with criteria for good lesson planning?
This research question is broken down into the following sub-questions:
What criteria should a good instructional plan meet?
What are the strengths and weaknesses of these instructional plans?
What are the guidelines for the development of good instructional plans in EMS?
