Abstract
Background: Basil Read is listed under heavy construction in the industrial sector as it is active in the civil engineering, road construction, building, mixed use integrated housing developments and property developments. With a highly adaptable team that understand the importance of integrating and balancing client requirements to achieve complimentary results. According to the medical records at Basil Read organisation, there was an increased number of employees with high blood pressure during the periodic medical examination from 2016 to 2018.
