The general aim of this research project is to:
investigate the components of teacher competence and how these aspects can
enhance teaching effectiveness.
In order to achieve this general aim, the group dealing with leadership will:
investigate the composition of leadership and how this can enhance teacher
competence.
As a member of a group dealing with leadership it is the specific aim of this research
essay to:
- determine the contribution of effective communication as far as leadership is
concerned.
- to obtain teacher opinion as to the extent which teachers use communication
to enhance leadership.
- devise a communication strategy which can serve as an aid to leadership,
enhancing teacher competence and improving teacher effectiveness.
