Abstract
M.Ed. (Education Management)
The technical teacher finds himself in a situation where his
training does not equip him to come to terms with changing
technology. His knowledge of industry is outdated, and
hence the knowledge he conveys to his students is also
antiquated. A management system must be designed which will
eliminate this shortcoming and keep teachers abreast of
technological change and renewal occurring in industry.
To be involved in technical education is to accept this
challenge of innovation and change.
