Abstract

The sustainability, growth and technological application are the most significant concepts of development in striving towards achie ving smart city . The international concepts of urba n planning have sho wn interesting dynamic results in development of cities as stated by Jane Jacobs (Cities of the wealth). The systematic approach to experiment the importance of GIS depends directly on the nature of environment and geography. Man and his environment contribute significantly towards the extent and trajectory of growth especially in consideration to the land use patterns. The industrial and agricultural land use pattern are both push and pull factors on the developmental growth for the prin ciple of complimentary motives. In the focal the introduction of technology has demonstrated efficient and effective response on the developmental process and drive.
