Abstract
This study addresses the absence of a measure of leadership development process maturity in organisations, specific to Africa and the Southern African region. In his research, Schiele (2017) focused on using the Afrocentric paradigm in social work, in an attempt to capture the values and cultural practices of African people for positive human transformation.
