Abstract
The use of Web 2.0 tools amongst students has
become popular for a number of applications. The
academic libraries are no strangers to these
technologies as they even acclaim their growth around
the incorporation of such tools and technologies, in
Library 2.0. One of the specific areas where these
tools and technologies are proving useful is Virtual
Reference Services (VRS). This quantitative study
investigates the current Web 2.0 tool usage amongst
under graduate students at the University of Namibia
(UNAM).
