Abstract
Many people find themselves living unhealthy lifestyles, not because they are not interested in being healthy but rather because they have little to no knowledge about making the right decisions based on a living a healthier lifestyle. With the proliferation of awareness of health and fitness in the 21st century, has resulted in a rise in the number of gymnasiums and aids for people to choose a healthier life.
