Abstract

Entrepreneurship education Entrepreneurship Identity Values-based growth mindset Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Responsible artificial intelligence (AI) Systems thinking
This paper presents a reflective account of an implemented entrepreneurship education curriculum designed to cultivate a values-based growth entrepreneurial mindset and to enable students to identify opportunities aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The curriculum was developed in response to the limitations of conventional venture-creation approaches in addressing contemporary conditions of ecological degradation, technological disruption (AI), and social fragmentation. Having now been executed, the curriculum is examined reflectively and analytically with the explicit aim of extracting a conceptual model that clarifies how its components cohere, offering an integrated picture of how entrepreneurial identity, opportunity recognition, ethical judgement, collaboration, and systems awareness are intentionally developed as a unified educational architecture. Through reflective analysis of the curriculum's underlying logic, its intended learning outcomes, learning activities, and assessment design, a five-dimensional model is distilled that repositions entrepreneurship as a mindset, social practice, and ethical stance. By making explicit this curriculum-derived architecture, this paper contributes a framework for reimagining entrepreneurship education beyond venture formation, toward sustainable value creation and responsible innovation.
